Diane is making homemade chipas! And we have only been here 4 months...who knows, after 3 years maybe she'll run for Intendenta!

    what are chipas? chips? you need to include an english translation for some of the words you include for those of us not as familiar with espanol, por favor :)

    CHIPAS are little Argentine cheese bread balls served hot. They are made with tapioca starch called "mandioca". Vendors walk the streets with large baskets of chipa for sale. Is "Argentinaization" even a word?!
